Can Pretty Good Solitaire 2.2a still be downloaded? This is the version for Windows 3.1 with 100 games.

No, but version 2.3 (a free upgrade from 2.2a) can be downloaded from http://www.goodsol.com/pgs16.html
However, it is recommended that you download version 10.3.1 from http://www.goodsol.com/download.html as the old Windows 3.1 version is no longer updated.
