I have just upgraded to the new version and when I click on the rules icon in the new games nothing happens.
I would like to try out these new ones but rules would help.

Odd, they work fine for me. Do the rules still appear properly for the older games? |

I don't know of any problems accessing the help in the new version. Try reinstalling, to make sure that the help file got installed.
