I used to play with a real deck of cards a game of Solitaire my mother taught me long ago. It's exactly the same as Brisbane, except that you build with alternating color. I don't think PGS has this game, does it? If not, I think they should add it! I have no idea what the name of this game is called, because I just used to call it "Solitaire".

Try Yukon. It is very similar to the game you describe, the (possible) difference being that Yukon only allows Kings to fill spaces.

Yes, it's probably Yukon. Look at all the of the games in the Yukon group, those are the type of games you are looking for.
