I started playing Tuxedo again because I like it so much. I came upon this game which according to one of the previous postings, it looks like I won this game before, as the next game number I asked for help with and I was going in order. But now I can't win it, and I don't think it is winnable. Could you give it a try for me just in case I'm missing something. If it is unwinnable, maybe I just made a mistake in that previous posting. But it's driving me crazy.

No joy for me either so far Kathy. Where was it posted previously?

I searched under the heading Tuxedo, and it was in the first posting that came up. You had given me the solution for the next game following it (560936537). I had asked for help with that game because I had a 20-game winning streak and didn't want it to end. So by my calculations this should have been the last winning game I had before asking for a solution for this next one. I really don't think it's winnable as I've been working on it ever since you left for vacation, but I just wanted to make sure.

I'm busy with other things Kathy, and there has been a pneumatic drill going right outside our window since 8am. I can't remember scoring more than 10, but with all the racket that's no big surprise.

That's okay, Richard. I'm having problems of my own. I can't get into my MSN Hotmail Account. All I can find out is that they said they are working on the problem, but it has been two days, and they still haven't fixed it. If it isn't fixed soon, I'll send my Comcast email address to you. I've been using that MSN account for over 15 years, and now I have to get used to another email address. I'm getting too old to keep starting over.

I give up with #42. Will just try to get the maximum score. I hope it is really not 52 points.

Your maximum score will be a very low one Markus.

Yes, very low. From 5, over 11, up to 12 and then:

Well done Markus. I had it up to 10 earlier today, but had other things to do.

I played it also meanwhile at work, no chance. Today eves, trying to get the maximum, it just fell and it seemed to be easy.

During my time I can play, I've been playing Tuxedo exclusively to see how high a score I can get. I had to start over three or four times. Now, I can figure out if a game is winnable before I start it. I'm up to 400 wins so far. My only problem is when I play under one name, if I think game is unwinnable, I can go on to the next game without getting a loss, but if I play under another name, I get a loss even if I don't play it. That's confusing.

There are more important things to discuss Kathy. Your vision! How did the surgery go?

Richard, you were on vacation and i think your Yeti may need some exercises. How about #55.

It appears to be winnable but I am always blocked by one thing or another. I don't think I've scored more than 11 so far, although I don't really pay much attention to the score.

Thanks Kathy. It appears that we are going to have to keep an eye on you now that you've had your surgery! Congratulations with #55! (I'm sure Markus meant to add his).

Yes, now that I can see with both eyes, I might even try 40 Thieves. Of course, Tuxedo is still my favorite game. I've played it so much that if it's winnable, I'll find a way to win it. Of course, you were my coach when I first started it which is why I play it so well.

Flattery will get you everywhere!
I have some interesting new photos that will interest you in particular. Dunfermline Abbey and St.Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh. We also went to the grave of Greyfriars Bobby at Greyfriars Church in Edinburgh. OK,OK...... I'm a soppy old sod .... I admit it.
I'll let you know when I have the photos sorted out.
