Game #933293120 is winnable using the 5 as a starting card. It more or less played itself and the waste pile only reached 10 a couple of times. No fancy moves or worrying back involved. Just keep your eye on the tableau and move cards around constantly to make the piles as long as possible. There is only one troublesome card in the Reserve, the king of spades. Ensure you don't put the 2nd last one up onto the foundations before you have dealt with it.
Solution for anyone who wants it.

To use my solution just copy the above link. I'll tell you where to paste it in a minute.
Open Signora. There will be cards dealt out on your screen. You just ignore them. At the top left of your screen you will see "Game". Click on that and select "Open Game" in the drop-down menu. A new window will appear. At its foot there will be a box called "File name" or something similar. Paste the link at the top of this post into that box and click on "Open" to its right. The link will grey out for a minute or so before my solution appears on your screen. Before you finish it yourself, select "Save as" in the drop-down menu this time. You now have a permanent copy you can open any time you want, and undo and redo cards all the way back to the start of the game if you want.

Your 162566529 is fairly straighforward off a four base card.

Eight is a winning base card for 787108481. I'll maybe try the others later. Signora isn't a bad game btw.
