Can someone give me some games that are winnable in Forty-Nine. I am not having much luck?

Hi Gail,
1929746688 and 371399969 are the only two I've won despite playing it almost 400 times.

Thanks Larry. A good game which didn't give up easily. Have saved it in case Gail wants it.

There is a good strategy in Forty-Nine that you can use occasionally.
You have just cleared two columns and you have another column with a ten as the bottom card. You also have another column with 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2. You cannot just move them onto the ten as groups can only be put into an empty column. However if you leave the nine where it is, you can move the rest of the run up into one space. Your nine now goes onto the ten. Now move the 7,6,5,4,3,2 into the other space leaving the 8 on its own. It now goes on the 9. Continue like this until you have the whole group assembled onto the ten.
