The maximum score is 18 Ken. By that time I have everything in descending order.None of the cards still blocking the uncovered cards could ever be moved except onto a card which is buried.

That's exactly what I found out, but since you have powers far exceeding those of mortal man, I just wanted to make sure.

If that were true oh wise one, why can't I win British Canister, Picture Patience, Robert and Forwards & Backwards? And why can't I remember what the other two are?
Try 783246080. It was the next random. It is winnable.

At the bottom of PGS on the left side is a button, "Not won". Maybe that would refresh your memory.

On this PC that would be a very large number. (In excess of Mike's age).

Hey, I take exception to that remark. But I my age I don't know why. I got the 783246080 number. Didn't try the other one.

It should read. But AT my age. I am getting old. Also. I feel good that I got to 18 on #462418817.

My unwon total of 669 is certainly in excess of you age Mike. It's well in excess of your golf foursome's combined age. I guess I'll have to start knocking a few games off every day or so.

I've been playing this game saying this ain't rocket science. You can either win it or not right away, but now my world-view is dashed to the ground. Now I know how Columbus felt!

Hi Ken, I guess you either spot the openings or you don't. On that subject, I just spotted this opportunity. When I click on "open game" I can immediately drag and drop a saved game into "documents" without any of my previous palver. I've also learned how to do screenshots.

A tip with Geoffrey and similar games is to watch what order you move things. If for example you have the 8C in one column and the 7c in another, watch you don't land up shifting them into the same column unless it's directly onto one another.

There is ONE exception. Your Mom. She's invited me to join them next time they come and stay with you. She thinks I'm very nice. Ghostriders!!!!
#386066433 is unwinnable. You land up with 3S.JC,9H and 10D on the covered piles. Only the 10D could possibly be moved, as we have the jack in the tableau. However you can't access the jack because it's covered by the 9C which in turn can never be moved as the 10C is hidden. This leaves you with the sole option of trying to clear cards by playing them onto the foundations. Here endeth the second lesson.

Geoffrey is a difficult child who frequently refuses to do what he's told. Why you should imagine he'll be more obliging to you is beyond me. Tell him he's grounded. Perhaps we should ask Mike's wife to give him a severe talking to. He was in a better humour recently with 206646417, 1825202303, 2030544639, 862939712, and 2060875903

It's amazing how persuasive a size ten boot can be.
Liz is just home and has informed me that she's on holiday in 4 days time. The only fly in the ointment is the fuel shortage sparked off by an impending strike at the Grangemouth oil refinery. We went for a run on tuesday and saw three filling stations with "No Fuel" signs out. It's all very well telling people not to panic buy, but if you need to commute to work etc. it's obvious what people will do.

176663649, 1208593280, 1213123840, 679176768, and 1374928896 are all winnable too Ken. No degrees of difficulty, just what the randomiser dished up.
I do wish you'd try Super Challenge Freecell. I've just won 50 consecutive games that the software selected. I didn't look for soft ones, and I missed none out.
