Let me know if you solve #41.

Found some time Mike.

Have saved it too. A more competitive person would have told you it was unwinnable.

Richard, wasn't it the Who who sang, "We won't get fooled again"? I don't see anywhere in your Screenshot where that was CANFIELD 3 #41 that was saved! (And when you get time maybe you can regale us with tales of your Teenage Wasteland. I'm sure that would be some fascinating tales!)

I've got a lot to answer for. I've turned the poor man into a cynic.
May I refer you to Ray Price's lyrics?
Well, you tell me that you care
But now you're gone you got me cryin'
No use denyin' you done me wrong
If I could look inside your heart
Then maybe I would know the reason's
Cos you're lagging in the stats and
have 101 nightmares to confront.

Oh ye of little faith.

There is something very ironic about the fact that I'm marooned on #40 in Climb Mode. I may be overlooking something quite simple, but I'm doing it repeatedly.

I got #40. How did you do #41 without doing #40. And I thought you said you didn't care much for country songs.

Mike, If you notice the screen shot, it shows #41 won in regular solitaire mode, not climb mode.

I wish I'd waited until I'd seen your post Mike. I resigned #40 in Climb Made not that long ago. I was just going round in the same old circles. No, I'm not mad on Country songs. I always get an irresistable desire to sing along to them with lyrics made up on the hoof. I can get into enough bother without C&W provocation and incitement.
Ken noticed I'd played #41 in Solitaire Mode. Give him a few more years and he'll fail to spot things like that too. Unless it's just us! Sigh!
Holiday jaunt commencing friday 9th. Missing you guys already.

Here's a little present to reinforce the widely held belief that I'm a very nice Scottish person.
See if you guys can find an unwinnable ordinary Canfield by the time we get back home.

I got #41 after you said it was winnable. But I think I struck out on the next two or three. I looked to see if you played it in climb or solitaire mode. I just didn't REALLY see what I was looking at. I wish I could figure out why I tend to fall asleep playing solitaire. It plays havoc with the times.

Talking about playing havoc....... I somehow managed to resign #41 too, after winning it in my alter ego. Jumping from one name to another and from Solitaire Mode to Climb Mode is doing my head in. I don't need to fall asleep to trash my stats. I may decide to start "Canfield 3" again from scratch at some future date. That will be after I put Josephine to bed. That little project has seen no progress recently.
