Penguin 1983897087 & Towers 114918929. I thought
I could win all the Towers games until I came across this one. I can't get the Penguin game either.

The Towers game is winnable Pauline. See if this screenshot gives you any inspiration. I've saved it too.

I'll see if I can get the Penguin now.

Ken, I neglected to confirm my upload, and didn't notice until I came back to upload the second solution.
Both good games.
