Pretty Good Solitaire Tip

In Pretty Good Solitaire, you can edit the games in your Favorites list by clicking on the Options button on the main screen, go to the Groups and Wizard area, and click on Favorites on the left side. You can then add or delete games on the right side.
Featured Game - King Albert

King Albert is a classic solitaire game.
At the start of the game, 45 cards are dealt face up to nine tableau piles, one card to the first pile, two cards to the second, and so on. The remaining seven cards are dealt face up and are individually available.
The object is to build the four foundation piles up in suit from Ace to King. The tableau is built down by alternate color and only one card at a time may be moved. Spaces may be filled by any available card.
Since all cards are face up, King Albert is an open game. King Albert is a difficult game to win, an average player wins about 10% of the time, a good player can do somewhat better.
It is very important to create empty spaces and not to stack too many cards in a pile, since only one card can be removed at a time. An example of a game that can be won fairly easily is game #1500706304.
Since King Albert is such a difficult game, there are variations that make the game easier. Queen Victoria is just like King Albert except you can move groups of cards if the are in sequence down by alternate color. This makes the game much easier.
Raglan is a similar game where the rules are the same but the tableau is dealt out a little different, making the game a bit easier. Somerset takes a layout like Raglan but deals the extra seven cards into the tableau, making for another very difficult game. Bath takes the layout of Somerset and adds a couple of free cells, which makes it easier than Somerset.
