There is no fixed limit to any of the games, so (in theory) one could play a game to any round. (There is a point where the rounds are absurdly short and stop getting harder.)

Practically, the approximate upper limit for a game can be inferred from its high scores page:
http://scores.actionsol.com/

The scoring in Action Solitaire rewards good performance throughout the game, so if you do really well in the early rounds, the extra points will result in having extra rounds late in the game.
