I am trying to upgrade to version 13 from version 12 for $11.95. When I go to the site to upgrade, it says the price is $24.95. I have had PGS since 2006, so I should only have to pay $11.95, but I can't find out how to order that. It keeps coming up that I have to pay $24.95. What am I doing wrong? |

I'd say you were trying the wrong link Kathy. I tried this one just to see what would happen and it appears to be working perfectly.

The easiest way to upgrade is to first download the new version 13 from http://www.goodsol.com/download.html
Then run the game and try to type in your code. If it says you need to upgrade, it will point you to http://www.goodsol.com/upgrade.html
If it doesn't say you need to upgrade and accepts your code, then your code is still good.
