Very hard and 2% a more realistic rating despite skipping large numbers of deals. Cherry picking essential and considerable skill required in the closing stages. When you manage to clear a space it is filled automatically from the stock. Therefore any time you could make a move that would empty a space you should delay doing so until a useful card would replace it from the waste. Worrying back absolutely essential.
Given that your waste pile builds up very quickly to irretrievable numbers, I'd rate McClennan as Very Hard and give it a rating lower than 10%. The three people at the top of the online stats are fantasists. It would appear that they save any games that they actually win before clearing their own stats and only entering their winners into the stats they upload. How else could they have zero losers? I'm sure you'll be very familiar with #2 on the list Ken. These stats, and many more like them should be removed from the tables.
