I just started to try and play the game Granada that came to the Mac version awhile ago.....says in the rules that in the cells, you would built up or down by suit but it doesn't let me do that. When I hover the mouse over the cells with cards in them, at the bottom says no building, movie single cards only.

Been wondering for awhile.

Do we know if there will be a new update for both windows and mac version anytime next year (doesn't seem like for this year I bet) and onward? Been no update for the windows version since last year (taking a break and I know that the Mac version update only once a year or once every 2 years. Or is it the end of PGS eventually or would Thomas have someone take over it after him if he doesn't update anymore eventually.

I know Thomas stated here before he went through a couple health scares and wonder if he's having health issues again.

I also noticed the blog is not showing anymore as the type pad is closed.

Despite being "Mostly luck", Chameleon is an entertaining little game that takes very little time to play.

On Christmas Eve 2006 I gave you

You need all your wits about you to win Forty-Nine. Worrying back essential and assembling the longest possible sequences built down by alternate colours.

When you manage to get two empty columns there is a clever strategy you can use. For example, lets assume you have a sequence of cards from a black jack downwards on top of other cards in a tableau column. In another tableau column you have a red queen that your jack's sequence could go onto. The problem is that you are only allowed to build down one card at a time. Entire legal sequences can be moved into empty column spaces however. First, move your Jack's sequence into an empty column. Then leave the Jack where it is and move the balance of it's cards into the second empty column. That liberates the Jack so it can now go onto the vacant Queen.. Repeat this process until you build all of the original Jack's sequence down onto the vacant queen one card at a time.

Another little trick involves worrying back from the foundations . Lets say you have a black Queen occupying a column all on its own. Take a red King off of a foundation and put the black Queen onto it. That means that when the King's twin brother appears it will now have somewhere it can go.

The entire game is basically just making the columns as long as possible by endlessly moving cards around. The bulk of it has been done.

#433933249 Partials (probably) all but useless. The best tip I can offer is to get an 8S into the tableau. I chose the second one Wherever possible try to move cards around and get as much as possible assembled down by rank.
