I have now played the relaxing game, Aces Up (Alias "Idiot's Delight"!).
I find that the game extremely often deals the four cards to the tableau as one of each colour. Too, often statistically, I presume!?

I'm not a Mac programmer, so the answer is never, unless I find a good Mac programmer willing to do it.

Yes, it's going to happen a lot. Four cards of the same color should come up about 11% of the time statistically (assuming independent deals). Since there are 13 deals in each game of Aces Up (and they aren't independent of each other), it's likely to happen at least once in each game. In fact, if it happens once, that would increase the chances of it happening again later in the game (since there would then be more cards left of the other color remaining in the deck).
