Are the playing rules correct for Thirteen Packs? They say:
13 tableau packs (below foundations) - piles are numbered from 1 to 13. No building. Top card is available for play on the foundations. Empty piles can be filled only by a card of the same rank as the number of the pile.
Filling the empty space with a card of the pile rank only works when the stock is empty. Makes it harder to win, but was that the intent?

Wow--I never paid too much attention (more fool me)--I didn't know you could fill an empty pile that way. It took me over 2000 tries to finally win the darn thing!
