Sorry, but I realliy can't imagine that someone can win this game every ten times! I've been trying for hours and there are often only two or three possible moves.
It's driving me mad, I think it is even harder than Penelope's Web and this is a very hard game. It took me 332 games to win.
Am I just too stupid?

Hi Kathrin, I don't think you are too stupid, there are some games that you cannot make the first move - in the Royal Parade game there is a game number that you cannot move the first card!!!!
I tried British Canister, and could move one card!!!

God has a winning number for British Canister, nobody on the mortal plane does.
Is there any chance that someone could alter the Help File for for this game? Bucket has a difficulty rating of 5% (which is a joke), yet British Canister is allegedly twice as easy to win. I think that a minus sign in front of the 10 would reflect its difficulty. I have started playing over 10,000 games of this B.C. and not had a score above 17. I have also had a quick look at at least 100,000 which I deemed to be too ridiculous even to start. New generations of players must look at B.C. in awe and marvel at our abilities if we profess to being able to win one game out of ten.

Richard,
I did post a discussion of British Canister in the Pretty Good Solitaire Questions Forum. Even knowing they are solvable, some of pseudo British Canister games I listed were difficult to solve.

Hi Larry, I did read what you'd said previously about British Canister, I was just pointing out that difficulty rating is even more ridiculous now than it was pre Bucket.
However, have a look at this winning number for Bucket that I've just unearthed. I was getting some high scores for it using the British Canister rules. It may even be winnable, but it's eluded me so far.
Come on guys! Am I the only one who's not given up with the "unwinnables"?

Am I cracking up? (That's a rhetorical question).
I could have sworn I had practically won the above game with the relaxed Bucket rules before I started undoing and redoing repeatedly to try and win it the hard way. Now I can't win it at all.

Its easy to see it is unwinnable because you could never get the kings to a bottom space...with the black queens, they block each other.

Good observation Ken. Guess I jumped the gun and went looking for a B.C. solution for it before I verified I could win it with Bucket. Posting another new Bucket winner in the correct place.
