I won penguin 1472062080 today. Now you are sure it's winnable but the sad thing is it happened so quick that I didn't have time to write down the solution. I'll keep on trying to solve it again.

Wim van Velsen is correct. Penguin 1472062080 IS winnable despite me previously saying it was not.

I solved this after reading the rules, which I frequently neglect to do. I had previously been treating the game like Freecell, and only moving blocks of cards when I had sufficient empty cells to allow this. Lesson learned? Probably not. Perhaps Paul R was doing the same.
