If you mean 10692 in Microsoft FreeCell,
a solution can be found in
<http://home.earthlink.net/~fomalhaut/catalog3.html>. All of the first 32,000 deals are winnable
except for 11982.

This is also true for recent versions of Pretty Good Solitaire, where the deals are identical to the Microsoft version (for all game numbers supported by the latter  ). |

Yes, game 10692 of FreeCell is the same game in Pretty Good Solitaire (version 8 or higher) as it is in Microsoft FreeCell.
It's also the same game in version 3 or higher of FreeCell Wizard. |
