Here is an odd one for you. When I was working on the FreeCell #. This would pop up. I could still get into the game.

Looks like you had set the background to some image file of yours and something has happened to that file.

It should be allowing you into the game, where you can go to the Options menu and set the background again to the default or to another image. Or you can click on the Options button on the main screen, go to the background area and set the game's background from there.

Thanks Thomas. I had already thought about that during my morning nap after golf. I have since done it. Everything is fine. Just an odd one to pop up.

I've had the same error message Mike. Thomas was correct about the cause. You can actually get a new background to work in a game without putting it into the correct folder. However when you try to open it again the message appears. With me it always reopens with the default one after the message. I've still got one to fix but I can't remember which one.

Madame #1 is winnable with a King as the base card.
